Job description

  • Dear Valued Candidates,

    Our Client is  a Foreign Company in manufacturing industry. They are looking for high-qualified candidates for C&B Manager Position.

  • Location Working: Dong Nai
  • Report to: HR Manager directly
  • Take care of: 12 Staff
  • Working time: Monday to Friday (8 am to 5 pm)
  • Shuttle from HCM to Dong Nai
  • Managing Compensation & Benefits policies such as contract, salary, bonus, allowance, insurance, welfare
  • Updating new relative regulation & law timely for application & improvement
  • Upgrading salary scale, benefit policy to be attractive & competitive.
  • Improving the evaluation policy, promotion policy …
  • Surveying policies of other companies, market tendency for reference and improvement
  • Making yearly budget.
  • Proposing suitable solution to improve C&B policy timely & legally.
  • Other relative task as assignment


  • University up in major of Economic / BA / accounting / or similar majors

  • Experienced relating to C&B / HR
  • English or Korean fluently
  • Experience about the cost management Strategy
  • Have knowledge in the building Compensation & Benefits Policy for company
  • Experience about management of system personnel
  • Have experience about the salary policy survey of others company
  • Build the employee evaluation policy and promotion system
  • Public Administration and Wage
  • or:

  • At least 3 years-experience in HR filed: especially C&B
  • Good communication: English is compulsory and Korean is optional
  • Experience in international company (prefer Korean company)
  • Less change the company (less than 3 times)
  • Live in near our company
